KSG Agro has increased grain and flour exports to Middle East and Africa by 2.4 times

KSG Agro Agricultural Holding increased the volume of grain and wheat flour exports to the Middle East countries – Oman and Qatar, as well as African states – Libya and Angola by 2.4 times in 2019.
In 2019, KSG Agro increased by 2.4 times the volume of grain and wheat flour exports to the countries of the Middle East – Oman and Qatar, as well as African states – Libya and Angola.

If in 2018 the agricultural holding delivered 5 thousand tons of yellow corn to Oman and Qatar, in 2019 the export deliveries of this crop to two countries of the Middle East already amounted to 5.3 thousand tons, and the export of fodder barley with 4 thousand tons. In addition, in 2019, KSG Agro exported 2.5 thousand tons of wheat flour to African Libya and Angola. Thus, the total export volume of agricultural products of the agricultural holding in 2019 increased by 2.4 times in comparison with 2018.

“We are very interested in exporting to the markets of the Middle East and Africa, where there is serious solvent demand for our products,” says Sergiy Kasianov, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KSG Agro, “Expanding agricultural exports allows us to diversify sales channels and receive foreign currency earnings, as well as increase margins”.

In general, according to the results of 2019, the agricultural holding plans to export to the specified countries of the Middle East and Africa the total amount of products (grain and wheat flour) in the amount of 16 thousand to 18 thousand tons.
Deliveries are made under C&F or CIF.
